Third-Party
Notification:
This program helps customers who may forget or misunderstand a
shut-off notice for not paying a gas bill. A third party, like
a friend or relative, receives a copy of the bill with a shut-off
notice in it. While this person isn’t responsible for paying,
they can take steps to ensure continued service.
Senior Citizen Notice:
If you’re over 65 with gas service in your name, we’ll
call you before turning off gas service for a past-due bill.
Life-Sustaining Equipment:
After an outage, we give priority service restoration to homes
where life-sustaining equipment is used. If someone in your home
uses this equipment, write us. Please include your name, address,
phone number, account number, doctor’s note and the type
of equipment used.
Landlord Notification Program
This free program helps landlords or their authorized management
agents monitor the natural gas service status at their properties.
To join, call 1-888-766-9900, weekdays from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
You may choose full notification, limited notification or emergency
notification service.
