The New Jersey Board of Public Utilities adopted Affiliate Standards that govern the interactions between the New Jersey energy utilities and their affiliated companies. The regulations are designed to promote fair competition in retail markets where SJG deals with its affiliates. Simply stated, SJG’s affiliates should not gain any unfair competitive advantage as a result of their relationship with SJG. South Jersey Industries and its subsidiaries are committed to conducting business in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations and according to the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
A complete copy of the Affiliate Rules along with additional information on energy competition in New Jersey can be found at the BPU website, www.bpu.state.nj.us.
Below are the SJG transactions that are available on this website.
