Spring Conversion Campaign
May 12, 2008 through August 31, 2008

Program
Description
The
2008 Spring Campaign uses 0/0 financing coupled with
a deferred payment offer (no payments until June 1, 2009)
and energy-savings incentives to attract new natural gas
heat customers from two different customer groups:
1) new
conversions and
2) existing SJG customers who currently
use an alternate fuel to heat their homes.

- South Jersey Gas will offer up to $8,000 in 0/0 financing for 60 months
with no payments until June 2009 for a resident who converts their
home’s existing oil/propane/electric furnace or boiler to
natural gas.
- Additionally,
SJG will allow the financing of new/replacement air
conditioning within that $8,000 offer when a resident
converts the existing oil/propane/electric furnace
or boiler to natural gas.
- To
be eligible for the deferred payment option, a customer
must apply for and be approved for SJG financing under
the current established terms and conditions. As customary,
all conversion work must be performed by an SJG Preferred
Contractor.
- Offer
applies to NEW Requests for Gas Services dated between
May 12th, 2008 and August 31st, 2008 for new natural
gas conversion customers AND for financing applications
dated between May 12th, 2008 and August 31st, 2008 for
existing non-heat customers.
- No
equipment efficiency limitations or requirements apply
for this campaign.
- This does not apply to gas-to-gas equipment upgrades.
