What is Fast Bill?

• Bills are delivered via email in an encrypted, password secured document – confidential account information is kept secure.
• You can make payments from your bank account (free) or credit card ($4.95 processing fee).

• You can access up to six months of your most recent statements
• You can view bill inserts online
• You can use Fast Bill if you’re on the Equal Payment Plan

Eligibility

Some commercial customers are eligible.

• Customers not eligible include:
  • Accounts receiving their final bills
  • Accounts requiring special handling
  • Large commercial and industrial customers
  • Accounts under bankruptcy
  • Accounts that, in the past 12 months, were disconnected due to non-payment or have received more than three disconnect notices
