HVAC Billing & Marketing Services

South Jersey Gas can offer eligible HVAC companies billing and marketing services.

Who is eligible?

Any New Jersey licensed HVAC company that services and/or installs primarily natural gas equipment within the South Jersey Gas service area, or a company that utilizes New Jersey licensed HVAC contractors to perform these services.

What’s offered?

South Jersey Gas can:

• Provide billing services – your customer billing for service contracts and/or time and material service work can be included either as part of a South Jersey Gas customer’s bill or as a separate statement for non-SJG customers located within the 7 counties we serve. A monthly per-bill fee will be charged for this service, along with applicable start-up costs.
  
  
• Provide marketing services – mailing of your company’s installation (natural gas only) or service-related marketing materials to SJG customers up to a maximum of six times in a 12-month period. This mailing will be separate from the monthly SJG bill. All costs associated with providing this service, including SJG’s fee to review and approve marketing materials and coordinate the mailings, will be charged to the contractor.

Provision of these services will require the execution of one or more service agreements with South Jersey Gas.
