With your online account, you can manage: 

  • One Time Payment: Make a one-time payment with your savings or checking account at no additional charge
  • Auto Pay: Set up recurring payments from your checking or savings account
  • Budget Billing: Budget Billing is a great option for customers looking to even out the seasonal highs and lows of their natural gas bill.
    • Customers enrolled in Budget Billing make equal payments throughout the year based on average annual usage
    • We review your monthly payment amounts one or more times each year to ensure your payment is based on your actual average natural gas usage
    • Customers can discontinue this free program at anytime, but are responsible  for the remainder of their balance
  • Paperless Billing: Sign up to receive your billing statement electronically
    • Paperless billing is available to all residential and some commercial customers, but some restrictions may apply
  • Billing Statements: View your current and past South Jersey Gas Billing Statements

Senior Citizen Notification

Are you a Senior Citizen? South Jersey Gas can call you before shutting off your service for a past due bill.

Third Party Notification

Do you forget to pay sometimes or have trouble understanding when to pay your bill? South Jersey Gas can arrange to send a copy of any customer's billing statement to a third party when the billing statement includes a shutoff notice.

Are you a landlord? South Jersey Gas has a free program that helps landlords or their authorized management agents monitor the natural gas service status at their properties.
